We started the business in 1984 as painters for local buildings in San Bernardino, CA as Batak Construction Painting. In 1987, we worked for Quantum Painting in Orange County, CA working on condominiums and housing complexes. In 1995, we merged with Quantum Painting and becoming Batak Construction & Quantum Painting and continued doing painting jobs for some major companies, including Home Depot.

As the business grew bigger and the needs of construction jobs became more complex, in 1998, the company got incorporated becoming Batak Construction Painting & Decorating Inc with Rudy S. as the president in Denver, CO, where we are settled until now. And in 2000, we managed to obtain B License to become general contractor and has been done a lot of projects in California and Colorado.

Sterling Homes, Chino; Lewis Homes, San Bernandino; Lyons Builders, Santa Margarita; Marshal Investments, Costa Mesa; Kaufman & Broad at various locations; Grace Company also at various locations.

Colorado:
Homestead Village at Glendale and Denver Tech Center; Capital Pacific Homes of Colorado, Longmont; Some new custom homes at various locations; multiple new remodel and restoration projects also at various locations.

 

We also got sub-contracted for:
Martinez Construction; JHL Construction; Hyder Construction; Village Homes; Signal Creek; Danbury; Greenfield; Castle Pines; AmGen Pharmaceuticals; Winston Coporation for 20 Home Depot stores statewide; Rehobot Real Estate.
